Consumer Guarantees Act 1993

Under New Zealand's Consumer Guarantees Act 1993, you have certain rights and guarantees when purchasing goods and services. Our products and services must be:

Return Eligibility

We want you to be satisfied with your organisation product purchases. If you are not completely satisfied, you may return eligible products within 30 days of purchase, provided they are in their original condition and packaging.

Your rights under the Consumer Guarantees Act are in addition to these return rights and cannot be excluded.

Return Process

Items must be returned in their original condition, unused, and with all original packaging and documentation included.

Refund Policy

Once we receive and inspect your returned item, we will process your refund within 10 business days, in accordance with the Fair Trading Act 1986. Refunds will be issued to the original payment method used for the purchase.

Shipping costs for returns are the responsibility of the customer unless the item was defective or we made an error in your order, in which case we will cover return shipping costs.
